Natural Preventative Protocol

I was given a book written by a local doctor (under an assumed name) which calls for the following preventative protocol:

  • Quercetin – 400mg
  • Zinc – 30mg
  • Vitamin C – 90mg
  • Vitamin D3 – 2000 IU

Surviving Cancer, Covid & Disease – Justus R. Hope Some doctors recommend increasing Vitamin C with Covid symptoms to minimum 2g per day. Elderberry is an antiviral that can be taken as a preventative measure, however it also increases cytokine, which can become a cytokine storm with covid so do not use if you have any respiratory symptoms.

Natural Alternatives to Medication

If you have covid symptoms: • Curcurmin (1000mg 2x day)• Glutathione, 2000 mg, 2 to 3 times per day• Alpha Lipoic Acid (600mg 2x day – those with low BP should not take more than 300 mg/day)• NAC, 1200 mg twice a day
